Tyre Changing

Hey guys,

Thinking about getting a bead breaker and some other stuff to change tyres myself.

couple of quick questions

1. Is it worth it?
2. What's good stuff to go for?
3. How much should i be looking to pay for bead breaker, tyre irons, protectors and anything else i need?
4. Anyone in the trade that can get them all a bit cheaper for me?

i want something that can be mobile so i can take it places with me when i improve

Cheers all

Re: Tyre Changing

I've got one. There about £40-50 with leavers. the plastice things are good but i get pissed off with them and just change my rubber without them. Scratches the **** out of the rim but **** it.

There easy enough but can be a bitch and dirty. Also you dont have the balanced but thats not a problem for me. Worth a go.
