I try to ride twice a week and all day sat or sunday. Trouble is work often gets in the way.
Toby why do you have two cow boys having a personal moment in your avatar? Its a bit worrying. LOL

Re: how many times a week do you ride.
just had a whole week off from stunting and got back to it this wknd just gone! i felt really disolusioned by the whole thing as my bike was always ******* up.. new forks then blew a seal, new engine cover then new engine! radiator and my steering damper fell to bits etc etc the list really continued and i got really down.. mainly because of changing my bars and gearing, it seemed evrything was all over the place.. so i had a week off and it made me the old stunt obsessive i once was hurrah... also i'm now used to gearing (closer to standard) and have fixed my damper etc... very happy rant rant.
i try and do day on day off with admin and ship business in the days im not riding.... people think i have a lot of time to do nothing but it's the oposite, i fill every monment.... cant sit still anyway...
like i said day on day off then if i'm lucky i get to ride with others some wknds thats the beast feeling as often i'm alone at the spot for a long time...
when i go to my spot i get the 7.23am train and get on bike about 9am, i finish at 5.30pm then get train home, arrive 7pm
i find that on the days off you reflect, and gives time for your body to remember things you did and to heal a bit.
