Ruffneck Films` New Project

I had this idea some time ago, but when i looked into it there just wasn`t enough talent about at the time.

My plan is to make a film showing stunt bike culture over here in the UK. It has been done over in th US with the likes of Stuntshine State and before that there was the Urban Street Bike Series.

Anyone who is interested in featuring in this project please contact me by PM or by email. mark@ruffneckfilms.co.uk

There are a few people that i already have in mind to feature in it but would like to hear from anyone on here who wants to be involved.

Many Thanks

Re: Ruffneck Films` New Project

I think there is a lot of talent about at the moment, and most people have decent spots to ride at. This means we can keep away from the street side of things for the moment. I love the street stuff but it could land people in a whole lotta trouble, so for the moment i`m staying away from it for this project. I`ll need to get intouch with each of the groups to arrange a suitable day/weekend to hook up and film.

Its all about the legalities mate. Don`t get me wrong i love the streets but as a marketing tool its no good. Nobody will buy into a bunch of hooligans breaking the law and endangering lives on the public highway.

For this project it will have to involve riding in controlled enviroments.

Re: Ruffneck Films` New Project

I`m not sure if i`m reading ur post right scotty but i don`t wanna film everyone at your spot.

The idea is to film people at there own spot in there own enviroment. To get an idea behind the crew and the people involved in that crew.

I don`t want a mass meet up and film session.

As i say i might be reading it wrong but thats how i interpret it.

Do we have to give interviews? If so, I delegate Sparks as N.Q.I's representative.

Its not just about the skill level. Its about the lifestyle and image of the sport too.

Thats good to hear... cant do much in the way of stuntin' at the mo as i have just had a shoulder reconstruction due to an off and only just managed to ride again.

But would be good to meet others, if someone will accept me on their spot for the day!
