Re: R.I.P mark limpus aka marcopeco

Hi All,

Just had confirmation that the funeral will be on the 15th May 2007, at 2pm at St Thomas's Church, Woolton Hill, Nr Newbury.

Mick (Mark's Dad) has said that the family have decided that they do not want floral tributes, but anyone wishing to make a donation please forward it to either myself, Jon Jon, City Electrical Factors (Basingstoke Branch), whereby the money will be forwarded to Basingstoke Intensivecare Unit.

Those of you who are going to the funeral, can you please contact me on 07931 390814, to arrange a meet up point prior to arriving at the church. I myself and maybe a few others will be outriders for the hearse from the funeral directors in Newbury, those who wish to do this also, please let me know.

Thank you for all your support, this comes from all his family and friends.

RIP Mark, pegs are still down mate!!!

Kahl

I'll be hitting it up on my SV with loud can. Mark was no stranger to loud bikes (you shouuld have heard the blade, bloody hell!) so I think he'd enjoy a good noisy send off.

Re: R.I.P mark limpus aka marcopeco

Hi all,

Finally got some news about where we are all meeting prior to the funeral.

We are all meeting at Just Motorcycle Workshop in Basingstoke around 12 to 12:30, we'll be leaving there at 12:35, whereby we will pass the crash site of where Mark had his accident; there will be a slight delay there so that everyone can pause for thought for a rev etc, then onto Newbury (Pound Street) to the funeral directors.
The order of the day for all bikes that turn up will be NO STUNTS at all, this is respect for Mark and for his immediate family!
Everyone who is an outrider will be a marshal, whereby they stop the traffic so that everyone can get through, then hop on to the rear so that there is a rolling road effect.

Ride safe folks and although this wont be an enjoyable ride to see our dear friend off, it will be a memorable one for his family & friends.

Regards

Kahl
