you'll find it hard to get more the 64 for any bike. Not saying you wont, but will be hard.
Dont you need to start riding a bike to worry about that or is the wife gona give it a go??

sprockets = levers. What I am trying to say is that if you have something with a small power range i.e a 400cc and then put on a massive sprocket you will have a tiny power area thus making it hard to control. I rode a cb500 for a while and was 48 on the rear and still had enough control on that I know its a twin but same priciple. I suggest that you go for 52 and stadard on the front.
But those things build revs fooking quick as less torque/ressistance so you will have to have massive ammounts of control and bottle.
But if you are going to do it for show then just remember never to use 1st or 2nd gears. Good luck
