f4i sprockets

What sprockets should i use for mr F4i - i have gone 2 up on the back from standard and one down on the front - i'm trying to do slow stuff on these sprockets but it's not happening very well. What do you suggest? Thanks for your time.

stay stock on the front and at least plus 10 on the back. If you still ride the roads alot and like a bit of speed, then dont go more the plus 10.

Also try and clutch it up from almost a stop and get it high right away, that will keep the speed down alot as well.

yeah so did we all just do it though otherwise you are a *****. As long as you have a twelve bar you can always land it on that then just pull it down from 12 just have to get on with it phil. Wont take long to get used to it though.

Take it in steps though, no sense wrecking you and your bike from learning too quick. Do what you're comfortable with and keep gradually pushing your boundaries and the fear will eventually go.
