World Stunt Comp!
Okay guys, just had a call from László about the World Stunt Championship and he tells me none of you guys have entered yet. WTF?
There are at least two guys reading this right now who NEED to be there.
It's looking like three US riders will be there - no names, don't want to jinx the whole thing - so it's worth going just for that. In fact, it looks like Brestunt will be there, too. I can't remember the last time I saw a French team compete in anything outside of France. But the simple fact is there are UK riders who are good enough to do well and should be there flying the flag.
Kapsovar, Hungary, is the same driving distance as Nice in France, so it isn't as far as you think. Apart from petrol, it's also dirt cheap - fuel's the same as over here, but the countries you go through to get there are much cheaper than the UK. You'll be made incredibly welcome and treated like stars - László knows how to organise a show and knows how to treat riders properly, unlike over here. And, possibly most importantly of all, there'll be loads of press coverage.
