send me pics of these subframes i only said 400ex because i like to test them before i paint. also if it is aluminum it will be much harder to get the materials and weld.

yeah i want to see pics of how you do this cause i have a bent subframe, not to bad, and was wondering if it would be worth sending to them to have the job done

Reinforcing a frame is no biggie. Go on over to EXriders.com and look around a bit and you will find plenty of info on gusseting your from yourself. all you need is scrap metal and knowledge of welding or someone that has the knowledge. Another method would to be not to weld gussets onto the from but rather junk the shitty stock grab bar and cut it off and pound some threaded rod into the sub frame and weld a new plate onto the threaded rod. cheaper and works fine for Bill and I.
