Get going about 20-25 or so and nail the front brake's. It sounds crazy, but I didn't get good untill I scared myself a couple times. When you get it up there it feels like it's going to flip but you can actualy go higher yet (quad or bike ) I can go about 75 ft. nowon my bike...
Just my 2 cents. hope it helps.

Well I have a KFX 400 and have been riding dirt (bikes and 4 wheels) for about 18 years off and on........Stoppies seem to be real hard because of the weight of the 4 wheeler, but they are so frickin easy........Whitehead actually put it better than i could, it is hard to say you just have to do it once or twice and you will understand. Remember it only hurts for a minute, but if you ever go over the bars at least you get one thing out of it...........You will always remember where the breaking point is..............
Sorry about the ramboling, but I wanted to throw my 2 cents in as well

Shaun
