I actually think the auto is harder. It is much harder to keep it slow and there really isn't any engine brake at all. Ask the guy riding with me how easy they are!! I like the clutch better but the again the auto doesn't stall if you get too slow. Good and bad sides to both of them and the biggest down side to the 700 is the v-twin. The oiling system is not made for wheelies.

There is not a whole lot you can do on a quad that is special. Those vids have special k, highchairs, seat standers, spreaders, a few easy combos nothing was really long because of lack of road. About every base is covered though.

Engine braking is always active in all non hybrid cars with an internal combustion engine, regardless of transmission type. Engine braking passively reduces wear on brakes and helps a driver maintain control of the car. It is always active when the foot is lifted off the accelerator, the transmission is not in neutral, the clutch is engaged and a freewheel is not engaged. This is often called engine drag
My automatic goes into freewheel when the gas isn't being pressed so I have very little but I still like it. If I could get the engine oiling issues fixed I would keep it.

Put your left foot on the grab bar, keep your left leg straight, right foot on the right peg, dead stop clutch up and learn to use your brake and throttle. Stay smooth on the gas too. You will get it quicker like that then the way you are doing it. Put it lightly on the grab bar, use your back brake to get it back and try to keep the wheelie going.
