Finally some practice time
my buddy took a couple of pics of me with his phone camera
it feels good to finally get to practice more often, lately i have been coming home from work and then practicing for a half hour to an hour
i have just been practicing the slow wheelie can't seem to go too far, maybe about 150 feet at the most. It is finally good to have a scrape bar, now i dont have to worry about smashing my exhaust anymore. I just cant seem to keep them going straight it keeps moving to the right.
now do you all turn up your idle when you practice, when i tap the back brake the bike stalls while doing a wheelie or do you just pull the clutch in

Re: Finally some practice time
I'm realy new to this but i try to balance the bike and verry small input on the gas I lean forward and back and use my left foot in the grab bar to move the bike and i don't turn the idle up at all yet but some do for alot of stuff. When i hit the brake i pull the clutch in a little wit one finger at the same time and let it go right away. hope that helps a little bro

yea, loosin up on your grip put more weight on your left foot in the grab bar. it will make it so your not holding your weight wit your arms your elbo pits will be sore. I don't know I'm a squid

i don't have the skill to go REAL slow yet but a lot of people do turn their idles up. some turn them way up. try adjusting it a see what works for you.
crank it up a little and go wheelie, thenk crank it up more if need be, etc.

Re: Finally some practice time
got alot of time yesterday to practice and progressed alot
went on a 100 mile Poker run in the morning.
then got home and went with my neighbor out ot a pit and practiced doing wheelies, doing slow wheelies threw the woops kept giving me trouble.
i made sure to just practice sitting down and stop putting my foot in the back bar, starting uksing my clutch when i pulled it too far up so when i hit the brake i wouldnt stall. And i all so practiced twisting the throttle the other way, because i sometimes keep giving gas when i did scrape and now i just twist it the other way, then hit the break, once i got home i got to try it in the street, come back and scrape and keep going, felt great.
now it have to convert it to the 929, how do most of you do when you convert it to your street bike? should i change the sprocket size so i give less gas? any hints
