Good deal?

Good deal?
I kknow a guy that wants to sell me his 01 honda 400ex. It has renthal bars and nerf bars but also cracks and scratches in the plastics. He's asking $2800. I know nothing about quads except that I want one. So is this a good deal or can I do better?

hey my father buys wheeler all the time and I can say sound like a good deal but you can probly get a lil better price if you show up cash in hand and tell the guy this is all you can spend don't say this is all i got cuz then he won't wanna go down trust me! sound like a good deal for 2800 bring 2500 and it's yours! money drives ppl crazy
