Who here has done it themselves and wants to do it again for a case of beer and a pizza?

Nope haven't done it yet, but mine is starting to rattle like pebbles inside a coffee can. I can start to hear it around 5k rpms. Anyways...check out this link it's for an F4, but same thing.... http://www.tinman.dsl.pipex.com/2000...structions.htm

I'm in the process of changing mine now. I have the ape one also, I'll let you know how it goes, how did you end up adjusting yours? Hand tighten all the way, start, back out til you hear the noise, and then 1/4 turn?

Yeah, mine was really easy once I figured out which wrench to use. I haven't had to tightned mine more than once in over a year!

I should have noted I knew one had been installed on his motorcycle, however I hadn't investigated whether he had installed it himself or enlisted the help of a third party to complete the install. My bad
