This is a great place to meet riders.
If you really want to do lots of local rides with local people check out www.ChicagoRiders.com there are tons of local people there that ride 7 days a week (weather permitted)
If you dont like to ride to much and bicker about useless **** but have a sport bike there is one more useless local group in the area but www.chicagolandsportbikes.com i dont recomend it!

lockport aint bad!
actually i was in lockport yesterday i like it there. i just moved from indiana. i really wouldnt mind moving into lockport, i liked what i seen. it wasnt all rich snobs like lemont!

Well, welcome to the board. I posted under Lemont sucks to let ya know what's up ...but just to re-cap. Keep checking this board for rides, parties, &outings (At least a few of us get together for Hooters, movies, and crap a couple times a week). It's not really riding season now but no sense in waiting untill spring to meet everyone. I live in Aurora but it's not that far from you. The nice part of Aurora BTW Southeast side ...almost Naperville

There are locals to ride with. I live right off Weber Rd. and work at the refinery right down the road from you. I'm one of the group R6bbie doesn't like.
If you want to hit some twisties or trackdays check out chicagolandsportbikes, if you wanna do some stunting or just screwing around on the bike check out chicagoriders or some guys here on SL.
PS not trying to start nothing, it's just the way I see things.

I have coasted around to get a feel of some of the riding groups a bit. I like the peeps I have met through Shugga and Stunt Life the best! I can be myself and not have to worry about being intimidated. Best of all, these guys - and girls - know how to give and take punches all in the name of fun.
PS - Can girls be Sallys? Cause I can't feel my fingers in this weather, and I wanna ride, but I like feeling my fingers more.

PS.... I lead MORE twistie rides for/on CLSB then ANY member there this year on that site....I lead all but about 10 rides max on that freaking site.
