Thank You for being there.
Just wanted to take a minute to thank those of you who could make it to the service yesterday. I was happy to have met his parents, and his brother. They are truely wonderful people, and meeting them showed me where Garrett got his personality from. If you pass through the intersection of rt 59 and diel rd, there is a cross on the south east corner. Please take a minute to think of him, and remember him. He was an amazing and awesome friend, and it was an honor to have had him touch my life.
Garrett's father made mention of something that seemed important to remember. Dont worry about yesterday, live for tomorrow, and to live each minute of your life to its fullest. Just as Garrett did. Becarefull out there everyone. Stay alert, and always remember your gear.

I too would like to thank everyone that made it to the services, and those that made it to the accident site to put up the cross and light candles. As difficult as it may be to realize, all things happen for a reason. Garrett was an amazing person, he touched many peoples lives. His father also made another statement that touched me. "No matter what you do, if you can make a difference. Do so."
