For anyone interested...

If anyone is interested, you can click on my photo gallery you can see some pics of my leg after the surgery and also after the staples have been removed.

I know that they are not the highest quality, but you get the idea.

Not tooo shabby I havent gotten my cast off yet but when I had my first cast replaced I have seen my scar and it is about as bad as yours is maybe not as big, I had 11 or 12 staples in my ankle.

Well, long story short.
I was leaving a restraunt, late one night with a group of friends. I must have hit a patch of water or oil and the bike started to fishtail. I put my left leg down and it just stuck hard. The next thing I know I was on the ground holding my leg. After visiting the doctor, I found out that it was a broken femur. The best way to describe the break is to take a pencil and twist it until it splinters in half.
Three seperate breaks and one screw holding them all together.

Oh well,

I think Vitamin E lotion/oil helps with scarring. Of course so does 10W40.....
