954John down.

Monday night me and bunch of my friends went to fridays in orlandpark to visit a friend. On our way back John also known here as 954john lost control of his bike he put his left foot down to get the bike back under control. He saved the bike but because of the impact on the his foot with bike weight and broke his left knee in three different places.

yeah, i wasn't sure if he wanted this posted on here, and that's why i hadn't done so already. i'm not sure if its the same thing as the knee (i'm no doctor) but i believe its his tibula that was broken.
redno would know more than i would, but last i heard, he's chilling at home enjoying his pain killers.

I'm really sorry to hear that John... If it's any help, I'd be more than willing to ride your bike on a regular basis for you while you're healing....

man that sucks....hope ya get better....how did he lose control?...i'm in the mix of getting a 954 this week...would like to know if it was a mechanical problem or just a fluke??....

i think there was just some moisture on the pavement.
anyways, he's going in today to see the knee surgeon guy.
i was over at his house yesterday and saw the x-ray. it was a wierd place to break. it was like right under/behind his knee cap on his leg bone.
tiff - i don't know if you know John or not. he used to work parts at DGY.

Update> Just got off the phone with john he is going in for surgery tomorow morning. He is going to get three screws put in his knee and he'll be in the wheel chair for 6 to 8 weeks. Tomorow were all going to see him at rush copley in aurora I'll put more info on that tommorow.
