FS: 2003 Honda CRF230
I'm selling my 03 CRF230 so I can get into a CBR or something similar. I really don't want to sell this bike, but it's the only way I'll get the cash to buy another motorcycle.
The bike is in almost perfect condition. It's maintained well, and has never had a serious crash...I've laid it down twice, both at really low speeds...There is minor scratches on the fender and handle-bar end...That's about it. It starts right up, and runs perfect.
This thing is great for off-roading...It makes a ton of torque down low...I can idle it through deep mud without it stalling. It has a short wheel-base, so it's very easy to take through tight twisty trails. It's also a great bike for wheelies. I can pull it up in 2nd gear, and keep it going all of the way through 6th...It balances great, and wheelies really smooth.
The only thing this bike will need is a new rear tire...The old one is worn out. It may also need a new kickstand, but that is up to you...The first time I laid the bike over, the kickstand took the impact and bent, but it still works fine.
I'm asking 2500...Low hours, well maintained, and looks almost perfect.
