You know how you can do a citizen's arrest on certain situations......... well, i notice alot of off duty cops (i can tell cause of the front license plate with the blue line accross it) driving mad fast on the highway, they boot it, i normally lock my cruise control on 80 and they pass me like it's nothing......... well, sorta like the citizen's arrest, i wish i could pull them over and give them a freaggin' citizen's speeding ticket..... ****ers....
P.S.: i should be studying for finals but i'm too lazy and this site is addictive.............
