i've had nothing but good luck in all 3 major cities i go to down there ... once we got pulled over while drinking in the car and dude passed the cop like 50 pesos and we got let go

yeah, u can drink and drive there.. that's fine. puerto panasco (rocky point) .. my friend got caught peeing on a dirt road, they came up pushing him and ****, wanting money, he called them beaners.. needless to say they robbed him and caned him. i've ran from them before, saw a fight break out, withing 30 seconds a truckload wearing ski masks vests, and carrying ak47s rolled.. i got outta there quick.
