I know tnation muscle heads are all about it, but they articels seem so slanted and biased ... don't see too many guys on sherdog in d&s that believe in it - and they all seem to be pretty knowledgeable and factual with their approach to supps ... I still thought about giving it a try since I am a hard gainer - it's not too expensive and is suppose to stack good with creatine ...
i just started taking creatine and i put on at least 5lbs in the first week and have noticed i can workout out longer and my cardio has gone up considerably. im thinking about giving tribulus a try, but after reading this-

im definitely going to give BA a shot.

I love the stuff MM posts ... Barr and alan aragon are both great nutritionists ... I read that one but if you look at later posts on it people are saying it doesn't do much ... not like it will hurt to try though ... let me know if you see a significant difference ... I was gonna try that and creatine for two months

****, multi meters cost that much? I got lucky and my dad couldn't figure out how to use his digital fluke so he gave it to me.

i like the results im getting with the creatine, but im not liking the water weight that comes with it.

what tribulus did you go with?

ive looked at tribulex and the bulk powder.

i think im going to order the BA and Tribulus from this place-

Thats why I haven't done creatine .. I'm pretty cut right now, I've done creatine in the past and didn't like it due to looking bloated ... I just grabbed some NOW tribulus from the health food store, it had the highest saponins content make sure they have at least 40% saponins content ... supposedly bulgarian originating tribulus is the best - not sure if there is truely a difference, just what i read ... it's suppose to work great with andro and dhea all stacked

is that specific to large trucks or for all vehicles?? I never knew there was a set ft/lb's for rims.....I just tighten them across from eachother about the same?? I mean they don't give you a torque wrench to change a flat just a tire iron?? Should I check mine??

Also do you think the original damage was due to improper torque or did your tire/rim take a good hit somewhere along the way??

All cars have a torque rating. I usually go 85 or so for cars. I think my truck calls for 110 or so. It's in the owner's manual.
