The thing that gets me is when im driving.. it seems like i have to light one up everytime i get in the truck lol

I was the same way. I pretty much smoked non stop in the vehicle. I rarely smoked other than that and at the bar. I never took smoke breaks at work or anything like that.

i 'quit' smoking 3+ years ago. i've not smoked a single cigarette since thanksgivingish 2007
i've smoked since i was 15....i quit during my whole entire pregnancy with alex and i quit halfway through with austin

a tip for quitting....well it worked for me anyways.....don't wait until you are out of cigarettes to quit, just quit...throw them away, don't wait until you run out because then you'll just end up buying another pack. also......find a really good reason to quit. my reason to quit for good was mikem.

10 years ... i was never a pack a day person .. never smoked at work ... sometimes I would go 3 days without one then smoke 2 packs on a friday and saturday ... mostly a college type smoker ...i also chewed on and off since i was 16 too though ... quit both cold turkey in oct ... i am tobacco free - i refuse to give someone my money just to get cancer faster

I was the same type of smoker for 12 years. Never got into the chew though.

I never regretted it. I thoroughly enjoyed smoking. I never saw any ill effects. That's not to say I'm not going to die from it some day. I just decided I was done doing it.
