Re: Semi work safe
sweet ... a farm out here that raises organic grass fed beef only charges $2.50 a lb for half a cow ... and the butcher is only .49 cents a pound ... so i am gonna go pick up some of the best tasting beef for only $3 a lb ... mmmm grass fed steaks are so much more tasty

Re: Semi work safe
No I need someone to hold the engine up so it doesn't fall over and crack a case. The bolts for the engine cradle install from the bottom and are under the 2x4's that are supporting the engine. Unlike Vishnu, I do not have 4 hands to support the engine while removing these bolts. I pretty much painted myself into a corner on this one.

That is a killer deal ... I see many organic grass fed farms charging 5 times that ... even most regular beef costs more than that ... the farmer is slaughtering some chickens monday - i am gonna go grab some ... mmmmm tasty tasty ....
Looks like it's time to buy a deep freeze for the garage.

I like charcoal on any grilled meat except for maybe chicken with a really think BBQ sauce. Gas is just so much easier.

Fish yes, steaks, no.
Not without someone to help me. It is sitting on cinder blocks and 2x4's under each side of the oil pan straddling the sump in the oil pan.
