No I need someone to hold the engine up so it doesn't fall over and crack a case. The bolts for the engine cradle install from the bottom and are under the 2x4's that are supporting the engine. Unlike Vishnu, I do not have 4 hands to support the engine while removing these bolts. I pretty much painted myself into a corner on this one.

I think it ruins the flavor ... i've been doing salmon on cedar planks with garlic, olive oil, and some butter ... the charcoal flavor just doesn't blend for me
