i'm looking into getting my license plate moved the the side of my bike. I think it looks a lot sweet. But a little concerned it's gonna get in my way while stunting

I had mine on the side of my bike where the two holes for the chain gaurd went before i geared it first time to the lot got destoroyed.....Its also illegal on the side its gotta be visible from both side....Now it stays in the door pocket of my truck lol

i didnt know its illegal to have your plate mounted on the side. i know cops dont like it, but who care what they like..

its on a undertail mount thats bent up to the sky (cant read it from a car over 20' away). Got yanked once for it cop told me to bend it down so I bent it up even higher...lol

when i rode on the street alot i kept it in my trunk so if i parked some where like down town i would hang it ...but if i was moving it was in the trunk

This is what Florida says...
316.605 Licensing of vehicles.—
(1) Every vehicle, at all times while driven, stopped, or parked upon any highways, roads, or streets of this state, shall display the license plate or both of the license plates assigned to it by the state, one on the rear and, if two, the other on the front of the vehicle, each to be securely fastened to the vehicle outside the main body of the vehicle in such manner as to prevent the plates from swinging, with all letters, numerals, printing, writing, and other identification marks upon the plates clear and distinct and free from defacement, mutilation, grease, and other obscuring matter, so that they will be plainly visible and legible at all times 100 feet from the rear or front.
A white light that makes the license plate visible from 50 feet (The plate must be kept clean).
316.605, FS No Tag/Registration/Obscured/Defaced/Improper Display $76.50 fine

I never had any problems but then again iv riden on the street maybe five times in the last year....Its justl like anything else you know they are just looking for a reason to pull you over
