are you serious about 1500 for team event? i was thinking 2500 but i said 2000 just cause teams are usually 4 people that is 500 a piece for FIRST PLACE. you are paying out 7500 and another 500 is gonna break you. c'mon think of it from a rider's point of view. it's your event and you will do as you see fit but think about it before you commit.

perhaps u need to round up a few riders that are informd and in the know to "judge" a sickest trick catergory, how bout no 1,2,3 place, just 1 sickest trick winner with a bonus payout to that person this would go by quick perhaps a 1 shot sortta deal, see who steps to the plate????

I'll agree this is a very good thread a lot of things that should have been said are slowly coming out, but as far as a poll it makes it easier to see which events the riders are most interested in b/c we are the ones driving & spending our time & money to go to this event

why not have have 10000 in total payouts for 4 events

1500 first 1000 second 500 3rd, cause those payouts aint convincing me to take a weekend off of work to go win 750 bucks for longest endo.... i'll make that in a weekend getting ******** drunk while the casino takes there money. it will definately make ;more people attend, look at LSBB, mad turnouts.

what about this, and dont bash me just my .02, but what about a payout of around
first-$700
second-$200
third-$100

team-$2000 winner take all
and a plaque for each event for first second and third, plaques cost like $15-20 to make, so in the long run you save a tad bit...

and eventually all you ******* will be old, and the money will be gone, so im sure you would like something to look back at, or to have an "i love me" wall in your house to show others....

yeah more money makes it appealing, but everyone here who says they are in it for the sport, take a look in the mirror your all asking for more money, do you want to all quite your day jobs and just stunt????? not gonna happen for the most part that is just a dream, not a reality, it could be, but it starts with being fair, and having something to show for your hard work....

now i am by far a pro as i stereotype most of the people on here being, but I AM in it for the sport and am willing to drive 19+ hours just to attend, am i gonna try and enter a comp....HELL YES, and from the sound of it, i will be up against the guys like you where i dont even stand a chance at winning...but i will tell you all this......

you all have a good point about todd giving some of the money back, or at least better payouts to make it worth your wild to even come, but none of you should ever forget why you are even going to begin with.....THE LOVE OF THE SPORT!!!!!

I ONLY DO THIS FOR LOVE OF THE SPORT! I never plan on making this a career, not that i don't think that would be great, but we are not at that level yet, except for a few exceptions like starboys who were here early.

I am interested in trying to help the sport progress, this will happen through better audience attendances. To get that you need BETTER ( read LESS BORING ) events and TALENTED riders at the events. LARGER payouts will attract more and better riders and push the competition. The more $$$ on the line, the more the riders will risk and push themselves.

Finally you said something good..........
