are you serious about 1500 for team event? i was thinking 2500 but i said 2000 just cause teams are usually 4 people that is 500 a piece for FIRST PLACE. you are paying out 7500 and another 500 is gonna break you. c'mon think of it from a rider's point of view. it's your event and you will do as you see fit but think about it before you commit.

perhaps u need to round up a few riders that are informd and in the know to "judge" a sickest trick catergory, how bout no 1,2,3 place, just 1 sickest trick winner with a bonus payout to that person this would go by quick perhaps a 1 shot sortta deal, see who steps to the plate????

I'll agree this is a very good thread a lot of things that should have been said are slowly coming out, but as far as a poll it makes it easier to see which events the riders are most interested in b/c we are the ones driving & spending our time & money to go to this event

no the riders should be interested in the payouts! the fans should be the ones dictating the event listings! Too many riders wanna compete in events that prove their worthiness to the other riders and put the fans to sleep!

why not have have 10000 in total payouts for 4 events
1500 first 1000 second 500 3rd, cause those payouts aint convincing me to take a weekend off of work to go win 750 bucks for longest endo....
i'll make that in a weekend getting ******** drunk while the casino takes there money. it will definately make ;more people attend, look at LSBB, mad turnouts.

first-$700
second-$200
third-$100
team-$2000 winner take all

I ONLY DO THIS FOR LOVE OF THE SPORT! I never plan on making this a career, not that i don't think that would be great, but we are not at that level yet, except for a few exceptions like starboys who were here early.
I am interested in trying to help the sport progress, this will happen through better audience attendances. To get that you need BETTER ( read LESS BORING ) events and TALENTED riders at the events. LARGER payouts will attract more and better riders and push the competition. The more $$$ on the line, the more the riders will risk and push themselves.

its a better point than u think! How many riders who are of pro caliber u think are rollin in from cali? canada? why is that? And u spoke of plaques and trophies and what not to give the rider somethin to hang on the wall to remember the event by. I absolutely agree! One problem, why the hell would (for example) geared up wanna have a plaque to remember the team event they one at stuntwars '04 when because of the payouts being so low now teams that could beat them or even make it a challenge even showed up?

TODD AND I TALKED FOR ABOUT HALF AN HOUR AND HE HAS CONVINCED ME THAT THERE WILL BE A HIGHER PURSE FOR THIS EVENT! ILL LET HIM ANNOUNCE THAT THOUGH.
