that was the big invasion, a couple seat standers and a second or two of a flamingo and no throttle hand thrown in

If insurance was involved with the show and that guy wrecked and killed someone (he wouldn't be on the policy) the Starboyz could be liable for not properly controlling the environment.

If that's all that went down......that's HARDLY getting "served". Looks to me like someone was jelous, and was TRYING to steal some of the spotlight. People looked like they hardly noticed.
