see this guy.. this guy aint ****. officer gallagher. dont u worry guys.. go to court and that **** gets dropped. he's got no credibility with the judges, cuz frankly they all smell his **** a mile away and dismiss all his cases.
thepinkone and i just got all 8 of our tickets (collectively) dismissed all on the basis that the judge had no patience and could not understand his accessments.

Video is done fools!! I gotta re-encode it later though...it looks like Gaaabage! Youtube smack the crap outta my video. Looks likewebcam sometime in standard quality. My fault, but I was tired man. I will encode it into something youtube likes more next time.

they got the bike he ditched it and took off on foot. chances are if hes ever been booked... they got prints. they just have to get some prints off the bike and voila... they'd have him. probably have better luck doing what he did. i saw a pic of the bike behind a police line do not cross yellow tape or whatever.
