Just looking over stuntoberfest tandem video and it looks to be that Bill D got a 5 minute run. To where every one else was only given 4 minutes. I hope this doesnt happen to any one else this year. I personally think that every team should get 5 minutes. or even 6 minutes but that would be pushing the time limit. So what do yall thank. Oh, and personally i think that its a safety issue tying someone onto the bike

don't know how the rules are but if he was in mid burn out or wheelie the time gets extented until a: the set time limit exspires or b: he stops the burn or or wheelie. don't know about this event but i know this is how XDL roles. also sometimes even tho time is up they still keep riding, but it doesn't count for the run

 

I've watched a ton of events...and the judges are supposed to look the other way when time runs out no matter what....a fu(king backflip at 05:00:01 shouldn't count as the GRAND FINALLY...However, look at the Euros...if we want to get technical, how the Fu(k can they come over here and always place just by throw'n a rag doll on their bike that they've never rode with and still win or place 2nd!!!?????? WTF... I also heard that they are guaranteed a certain amount of winnings???

 

Riders are not judged on anything after time has ended. As far as the euros go, AC does so well because of his difficulty...I mean c'mon, how can you argue with no-handed o's with a passenger...97% of the riders here can't even do them solo!

Ac and pfeiffer are extremely good riders but do they practice tandem all the time. does the girl ever move on the bike. Is it just a money thing. Leave the Tandem event to those teams that practice day in and day out for these events

Maybe the tandem teams need to practice alone Straight line wheelies with the girl moving are NOT hard, I am sorry, but its the truth. I am not a tandem hater either, I have been known to ride with a backpack every so often! I absolutely respect what you guys do, but most have little to no technical skill.

You didn't upset anyone! I just want to make sure that you see the other side of things. Just because they don't practice tandem all the time, does not mean that they are not killing it! I use AC as an example because he always competes in tandem. He comes out of his pocket to get here, and I have done the same to compete in europe, and you want to take every oppurtunity you can to make money back. He does things with an extra person that alot of the top ten indv. freestyle riders can't do alone That should speak for itself.

Comps are kinda of a popularity contest at times and then some comps are by the book just depends on the weekend. its pretty obvious on the practice day if all the competitors ride to their full potential who's going to pull out in the lead. people with clean entertaining style rain supreme on a comp level. and joe had sick style even back in the day with a backpack.

 

Surgery is on friday But I will be much better off when its all fixed!

Someone will always complain about how the comps are ran, but i saw those videos too and agree the judging was off, but no one's perfect. I was so excited to compete in tandem there this year, but now that i found out they are gonna be there, i'm twice as excited ...

CP and AC are the ****, so it'll be a good tandem comp, i know i bring a diff style than anyone else as do they, so it'll be interesting... my
