alright east coasters just tryin to get ideas for transportation, hotels, practicing for the xdl finals in cali. i know we got 4 months but ive never even been to cali so trying to get as much info as possible to start planning the trip. thanks

Last year myself, borney, niles, san jeev (up on one) and heidi packed up my duramax and niles' 16 ft trailer and went from ohio to ATL to Vegas and back to Ohio!!! GREAT TIMES, wouldnt have wanted to do it any other way!!!

gas is so damn expensive it prolly be cheaper ship the bike - could be wrong but i heard its reached over $4 a gallon out on the west coast

 

left my house in PA on friday... the weekend after that was finals... drove home ans was at my ouse by wed... so i guess a week and a half total...

i think our diesel bill for the entire trip was somewhere between 1000 and 1500... maybe one of the others remebers exactly... 1400 maybe...

but when you consider that's the same as 5 round trip plane tickets and shipping 3 bikes... it was probably cheaper, and we got to ride in ATL And did a street ride or two on the way there... hahaha

I got floor space and a spare bedroom open and a garage we can put bikes in. I'm about ~30 minutes away from the Queen Mary.

here's what I know.

roundtrip plane tix r about 4-500 bux

shipping one bike is about 5-700 ONE WAY

I'm about 5 hrs away & those of u who know me, know I got u if u need it. practice spot is 45 mins from my house so all of u can see the first place run before the competition!!!! haha

I'm down to help my east coast brothers however I can so holla blox!!!
