hey, speaking of xdl - i wanna drive down and bring the bike and all... is there like a time where people just get to ride? I mean...i know it's a competition for the finalists and all...just wondering if i should bring my bike (which is stunt only, not street). i'd love to meet new faces and well, i probably don't want to ride in front of you guys, but ya. i guess if there's a track closed off for stunting, i wanna be a part of that!

Not sure about that, ask in the most recent Vegas XDL thread. I doubt there will be a free riding area at the event except maybe for those competing. There are a few spots where I'm sure a lot of people will be riding at the whole weekend. Good luck finding a spot where there will be no guys to watch you.

What's a nano?

The biggest spot would be the Freightliner DMV spot which is where I rode last tim I was in Vegas and this time also. It's huge. I'd say its at least 1000ft long and maybe 500ft wide of flat blacktop! You can cram the most riders obviously at that spot, so if you wana ride with people I'm guessing most will be there, being that we didn't blow it up last weekend from the rediculious amount of revlimiter crazy larrys that were done on Sat. The DMV may not like the caked black dust of rubber and thick donuts everywhere.

Get you bike registered and plated. You would be surprised the setups you can get away with on the street.

He tried but kept blowing a plug out of the rear tire but I think he fueled the fire cuz after that it was a chain reaction, Nick, Tony, SOLO, MD, and David blew that place up. There was a 100x50ft area that was covered in so
much tire dust you couldn't even clutch up from a stop anywhere in that area, your tire would just spin!

Yeah as a matter of fact, I kind of dusted my bike off before I went to ride this morning and there was black dust all over my bike and I wasn't even doing them... Hmmmm. May your tires R.I.P.
