Damn man you have alot of stunters out there or what??? And that is way to much. You have to remember the average stunter lives check to check. And why do you have to have insurance if you have not responsible for shiznet due to the waiver?? Do you think peeps are going to travel there just the have a legit stunt spot. could you imagine all the burnout smoke trapped in the building......and what about exhaust fumes.you'd need some serious fans' running

for us in the north east or north or anywhere cold in the winter it's a good idea, however i agree with the price..bit too much
