I have had similar ideas, because it seems like people need a place to get all kinds of crazy. I have a few hundred undeveloped acres in Missouri. I've never been there but I've been told it's a shithole Anyhow, in Missouri if you own the property you can build whatever the hell you want. I don't know what liabilities may come, but if I make enough money to not care if I pull a profit, I'll pour concrete and dig up some good dirt jumps and make a full on stunt park, for stunters, FMX, skaters, BMX etc. Like disneyland for crazy people.
It's probably a pipe dream, but it keeps me from dreaming about something stupid.

I'd pay $40 a day
Would there be someone checking bike insurance or could that just be another box to check on the waiver? so we could potentially lie about it and the proprietor wouldnt get in trouble

Wow. yeah way too much money guy. Good idea. I'll give you props for trying, but you will never get broke *** stunters to pay that much. I mean Holdin it big was charging people $20.00 to ride at BMORE Bike Bash and everyone (including me) *****ed about that. We are all poor.

I think you should follow suit by trying to run it just as MX Parks and tracks. Keep the same fees and same rules or similar.....They have been working for years and function fine. So dont re-invent the wheel just use another MX parks Idea.......and taylor it to sport bikes.

I reckon it's a great idea!
I have nowhere legal to ride here, but my buddy organises a skid pan for us to use roughly once every 2 months for a stuntday. The money issue seems to sort out the guys that CALL themselves "stunters: and the guys that actually really want to RIDE.
We don't need insurance , that is covered in the cost of the day.You are talking of charging US$50 (approx $65 Australian ) , we pay AU $130 ( approx $100 US ) .While it is too much to expect anyone to pay that every weekend , if you LOVE riding you will manage to scrape some money together.

the purpose of this venture will be to give you guys a place to practice and perform shows.
lawyers are looking into liability risks, we will REQUIRE every enthusiast to sign a waiver omiting us 100% if you get injured, total your bike or even death.
so it will be ride at your own risk.
i have the finacial backing to make this happen
i just await my lawyer to give me green light to begin my contractor to begin paving using a tennis court type asphault to lessen injuries if you crash or fall.
brief high lights
1. you can get a day pass for 55.00 to ride 9am-12 midnight.
2. group/team discounts of 5 or more riders get a day pass for 45.00 each
3. you can get a week's pass for 275.00
4. you will get a laminated pass with your name and bike model
your bike doesnt need to be registered just insured.
rules NO BURNOUTS whats so ever, you do one and you will never be permitted to enter facility ever again.
so who would be interested in coming to the facility if i get green light?

Hey BMW....good Idea.....needs tweaked a little though....I've been brain storming and test bedding Ideas like this for about 10 years now. Currently in planning stages for a motorsports park (that will be "stunter friendly"....of course :YEAH )
My is that the skating rink is way too small for most stunting and would be better suited for ....roller hockey, RC car racing (and hobby shop)and practice etc... indoor skate park/bmx bike park(and shop)....and I could go on ....but im sure you see my point. ) I think for stunting motorcycles....a minimum of a huge, long flat piece of pavement needs to be a requirement....and then ....the wider the better from there.
I think it's GREAT though ....That you've only been around stuntin for such a short while and You want to invest so much into it ! Props man and I hope you get something good going .
