Just because someone who is badly hurt with no way to pay for it is more likely to sue. And a waiver is only as good as the lawyer you take to court to fight the inevitable lawsuit.

you can not insure a bike if it is not titleable ,and lots of people ride salvage bikes and what would you do about carbon minoxide poisoning, after you get so many bikes in there you would have to have one hell of a ventilation system so we dont all die.

Why would you need insurance if its ride at your own risk? And you have to think about most of your riders would travel to this place you call heaven so upping the price that high is out of the question. If you have the funds in doing something to this effect an outdoor place would be cheaper and more likely to draw people in.Like burnouts, ventilation, room, etc. Makes more sense to me.Indoors doesnt make any sense.Cover it with a roof of some sort on an outdoor area.No walls.

the purpose of this venture will be to give you guys a place to practice and perform shows.
lawyers are looking into liability risks, we will REQUIRE every enthusiast to sign a waiver omiting us 100% if you get injured, total your bike or even death.
so it will be ride at your own risk.
i have the finacial backing to make this happen
i just await my lawyer to give me green light to begin my contractor to begin paving using a tennis court type asphault to lessen injuries if you crash or fall.
brief high lights
1. you can get a day pass for 55.00 to ride 9am-12 midnight.
2. group/team discounts of 5 or more riders get a day pass for 45.00 each
3. you can get a week's pass for 275.00
4. you will get a laminated pass with your name and bike model
your bike doesnt need to be registered just insured.
rules NO BURNOUTS whats so ever, you do one and you will never be permitted to enter facility ever again.
so who would be interested in coming to the facility if i get green light?
