First, which airport do the guys that are flying in have to land at? I need that info for ticket booking.

Second, Which hotel is everyone staying at? Do you have to book the hotel in advance?

I would say Orlando's airport would be the closest. I'm not sure if there is one near Tampa or not.

actually.. i just did a little research cuz i was curious.. tampa airport to lakeland is 45 miles, orlando airport to lakeland is 46. The dragstrip is about dead center to both airports (this was all done with yahoo maps). So, id say land in whichever one gives ya better rates.

 

iam flying into the tampa airport it was only $130 round trip on cheaptickest.com they said its the closest to the hotel i guess most ppl are staying at LaQuinta its bout 20 min from the show, as for booking the hotel if u metion Sw its only like $88 a night but there are only a few rooms left from what i was told other than that the rooms are $133 a night

 

Stuntwars - places to stay[/URL] Yeh - but I-4 from lakeland to orlando is construction THE ENTIRE WAY - tampa's construction wasnt nearly as bad when i went that way last week.... It took me 1 hr 15 min to get to .... in orlando - it usually only takes me 30 maybe 35 mins at most...... I would also recommend Tampa as opposed to Orlando. Orlando traffic is TERRIBLE compared to the traffic we have in Tampa.

 

wondering how long it takes to get from Daytona beach to lakeland. i just moved down here and dont know where **** is. i definately wanna make it to stunt wars after hearing so much about it. i always went to the starboyz stuntfest. which one is better? this year was pretty cool with that course with the car at the end and last man standing!

 

Probably about1.5 hrs depending on traffic and how fast you go.
