Re: how to manule

you can feather the brake or not, personal perferance.

i could manuel with my brakes pretty freakin long (longer than a football field).

i always found it easier to use my brakes instead of my body weigh tho.

i don't have any video of me doing it on a BMX bike, but i ride my buddies all the time and it's the same thing.

Re: how to manule

My BMX bike is Brakeless. I can Manual a decent lenght but brakes makes it 10,000 times easier.

I suggest learning without brakes because you will soon become DEPENDENT on usuing brakes and never be able to ride without them if you rely on tapping the brake rather than adjusting your body before you loop it.

i kinda went the oppisite, i started being HEAVY on the brakes, and as i got better i used my body weight more and more.

Re: how to manule

^Yea that comes natural. Bascially you are learning where the balance point is and your hitting it more. That's why you use your brakes less.

But I tell you, once you remove your brakes, if you do that is. It's really a whole other ball game. You must now 100% be in the balance point.
