it would diffinatly be a great stunt bicycle if you did something with the bars.

in that case, you can go to a bike shop, and as for a 3 inch rise in the bars, a shorter neck, and a shorter riser.

that'll make your position much more upright, which is better for wheelies

they'll have to redo all the lines and readjust everything if they do add that stuff, so it might cost a lil bit.

no problem, oh and angleing your seat forward helps with wheelies.

also, the higher the seat is, the lower the BP, so if you put your seat ALLL the way up, then BP will be REALLY low.

Re: Cheap NICE bike

hmmm....peter, i dont want your bike, neither does tim. so far, it has a new derailer, no front gear shifter, new left brake lever, and replaced pedals.

if you get a mountain bike, make sure it has bar ends. great for racing, and also act like a crash cage for your front if you loop an endo. just go to your local bike shop and say "im looking for a bike in the price range of $___to$____." it works for people who come up into the ibke shop i work at.

Re: Cheap NICE bike

I like the bar ends on that trek but the bars put me too far forward so they goto go.

you act like someone wants your bike

yes, i took the front gear shifter off, replaced the brake lever, and replaced the pedals.

But i still stunt it far better than you and it still stunts great. bearings are fine, and it shifts right were i need it to go, chains fine, and it has good brakes.

if you stunted your bike half as hard as me, you wouldn't just have to replace your crank bearings
