I wouldn't consider it "out running", since a cop car is easily faster than a bike but because of how a bike is, it is rather easy to "evade" them, just cut through a few yards or a wooded area and your home free.

me and brodie have set off a fire alarm from the outside of this building ans like waited half an hour for someone to show up,a nd the we took off.

I got pulled over by base police for not having a helmet, he was going to book me for failure to obey an order of a superior officer. Luckily he let me off.

yeah military rules, as well as the island I'm on requires it. im supposed to rock lights on my bike at night, however i just remove them for the day (110 fine on the island!!)
