this was sent to the judge that is presiding over my case where they have consolidated like 9 tickets... The only reason I started saying all the stuff about not stopping is because the *** wouldnt stop lecturing me..... after my boy came by in a stand up looking straight at the cop it was all over

yep, but already had a deal with the states attorney before I went because my mom knows a lot of people from politics........i plead guilty to a parking ticket and that's it and they just kept my $200 bail for the fine. Yeah, so it could have been worse he could have took you to jail like the pig that took me did. He didn't even see me do it, he said an off duty cop saw it all and called it in. I wouldn't admit to anything just kept saying nope I didn't do a wheelie and denied everything so he got pissed and took me to jail. $200 bail and around $100 to get my bike out of impound I believe it was

im not sure of the laws, but the cops up north tell me that riding on one wheel is the same as reckless driving. if thats true how can they issue a ticket for each, or are they just feeding me bull$hit

nope, here in Illinois there is an actual law that says you can't operate a motorcycle on one wheel and it's a $75 fine just like a speeding ticket or something like that

and yeah they are not the same tickets but they can give you both of them for the same act......basically this cop said that since it falls under both laws he can issue them both.... I dont know if it holds up in court though??? Keep in mind the nice officer wrote that I was traveling at exactly the speed limit for like a 1/4 mile or something doesnt sound very wreckless to me

nope..........the one wheel ticket has been around since I've been riding I know (about 5-6 years).......reckless I guess is just up to the cop if he thinks your being reckless. Don't see how that is reckless when you are cruising at a constant speed. Obviously you are in control of the vehicle if you can change lanes and go the same speed

i dont know if you noticed or not but your on a sportbike STUNTriding website.... around here we do things like ride wheelies and sometimes we get in trouble for it.... some groups even make videos about what we do you, might want to watch one before you come in here talkin trash..........oh and just for the record I graduated in the top 10% of my engineering class at the UofI ..... you probably work at mcdonalds
