So whats your opinions on the 1000rr for stunting? How does the brakes feel to you? Off topic, but what about balance point etc?

Anyone getting ill on the new rr?

Darius, Ive got the 1000RR as well. I take it you would not recommand this bike as a stunt bike? To much power. Ive been thinking about sellin it to get a 929.. What are your thoughts on new RR?

Picture this: You're out for a nice ride. You're wearing a leather jacket, a helmet, leather gloves. You're in Arizona. The outside temp is 123 degrees. Your engine temp is holding about a steady 200 degrees. You think wearing a big, hot, stuffy boot is gonna add to your comfort zone? Yeah, sit at a stoplight here in Az during the summer, you'll start considering riding naked.

Re: Stoppie crash on cbr 1000rr

I like the 1000 for stunting, it's a little much at first but you get used to it. The chassis feels great, brakes and front end is the best I have felt yet. It's only real downfall is the all cast aluminum subframe which seems to be kinda weak, the mounting points are solid so I'm sure you could rienforce it. I even got used to the hydraulic clutch pretty fast. I removed the tank cover and dented in the half tank underneath, It's by far not the best setup but it worked well enough for spreader's and highchair, not a great tank to stand on and you aint spining no where but off the side of the bike if you tried a Thew move. But the bike wheelie's and stoppies way better than a 954, I got one and I'm selling it and getting a 1000rr as soon as I can.
