i found that when learning standups its easier to stand up as the wheel comes up...i was too unsteady if i stood up first then brought it up...just kinda make it part of your clutching motion...once you get it down it feels so much better keep 'em lower at first to get used to it (like 3-4 feet)
that's how I did it...donno if it'll work for you or not
as far as the leaning foreward thing, i still find myself doing it sometimes...it's just a matter of relaxing... just sit up and be confident, don't think about not leaning...just clear your mind don't tense up and go for it...
one more tip for ya too...i can't tell on the wheelies if you are or not but cover your rear brake, it's more comfortable to point your toes down but once you get used to covering it it's not gonna bother ya...it'll also quiet down the susp. noise on stoppies if you give it some rear while the tire is up

nice photos...looks all to familiar.im anew stunter myself always lookin for a place to practice. i recently started stuntin a 99 gixxer 750. the bike had already been down but is straight. its funny how much you can learnto do when the bikes already ****ed up. ive got a cherry 92 gixxer 1100 with chome and paint and i havent touched it since i got the 99. for some bad *** stunt stickers and other stuff check out my girlfriends site at gixxergirl.com. keep on stuntin
