Did I add it has over 36,000 miles on it, and it has NO 2nd gear or 4th gear!

mine pops outta 2nd once in a while, (maybe once or twice a week, I ride it everyday) how long do you think till 2nd is completely gone?

the more it does it the better the chance

Mine never did it, I just loaned it to a friend for a week while I drove his car in the winter (he didn't own a bike yet) and it started doing it after that

The old owner clicked 1st to 2nd wheelies with no clutch, and I'm sure my friend was banging gears running it hard

edit: it's fucked. my 2nd gear just pops to neutral instantly if you give it any gas.. And 4th gear just bucks in gear..
