...and plus scrapes & bruises in places I couldn't imagine, lol ... gotta love how far i've come, right?! :-P

SOOO... I got a vague question, I always seem to fall on the throttle when I come down...always pullin back, tryin to stop, but pullin on the throttle, when I try to use the front break...would it be better to just stay away from the front brake and stick with the rear foot and hand brakes? Is the front break, that necessary? Because it seems to just get me into trouble, since I get stuck on the throttle ???

Re: And it begins...

gloves, elbow pads and knee pads woulve saved you that pain. theyre worth the investment. plus fear levels drop when you know you can spill and come out virtually unscathed.

I can handle the physical pain and psch i'm fearless hehe ... it's getting stuck on the throttle and failing at what i'm trying to do--there is no gear or pad that can protect from that pain

but I do rock my new helmet...and I suppose pads might need to be invested in :P

it takes some getting used to but definately worth it. when i put on my 13mm and the 4piston. I wadded up a spreader hard core, but had my jacket on and got right back up. woulda been some serious rashage.

Re: And it begins...

if you're having issues with the throttle/front brake, like you said just use the rear brake.....for simple wheelies you should already be covering the rear anyway.....

I have a front and back, rear brake.... any reccomendation on which is better?! I would assume it would take longer for a "brake" usin the front, but then again would I want and urgent stop by pressin down on the back rear?!
