First day in the lot today, had a freakin blast! my wheelies werent at bp, but i had prolly two that i FEEL like i was there or very close. It seemed really smooth when i got it up high and quick- but my consistancy sucks ***. I just wanna know if you can see anything i'm doin wrong from them. i have an embarassing video- haha mom filmed, and my sister made fun of me... my idle is set at 1500rpm - is that an alright place to start, or should i crank it up a bit? I have icon chest/elbow/knee pads under clothes.... Feel free to hate!

nice man, I was in the same place as you about a month ago. once you get over the ******* pucker and throw it to the bp you can lean and goooo. brake control is a ****..

 

I wouldn't worry about your idle just yet. 1500 is probly fine.

You're learning the right way, keep it up.

stand straight up and bring the bike to you . dont lean over the bars. and turn your rpms to like 2500. it will help once you get to bp. your forks will be about level with the ground when at bp so go for that:YEAH

 

Thanks for the advice, i cant wait to get out again. i think its way more of a mental thing.... yeah, my forks arent even close to being level in those pics....

That's good job for first day man...Look at your forks... When they're close to level that's bp... Don't lean over the front of the bike if anything you want to lean back some

you need to lean back a little more. try and keep you body staigt up and down when its coming up and cover the brake. keep practicing, you'll get it

 

Who knows...................he may have been a quad stunter. I think thats how I found this site, searching for videos of quad wheelies.
