Re: New RidE
if your sitdown circles seem to be "spiraling" right off the bat, and it wants to throw you off, try getting your weight higher up, put your face closer to your triple tree and dont sit on the front of the back seat.

Re: New RidE
hahaa welllllll...i mean sit with your nuts as close to the gas tank as you can. for a little more comfort on the sitdown circle you can rest a lot of your weight on the front of the back seat. understand?? (the same part of the seat that you stand for a seat stander).....i wasnt able to sit on the back seat until i got real consistent with them

Re: New RidE
all those look real good!!!!!
make sure you are always hitting idle before you go into the circle.....i have seen a lot of people try and try cutting in sitdowns when they are learning and they arent even on idle. for learning sitdown O i think you must be on idle before you go into the circle
try to be real smooth.
i dont know what else to say, they are one of the most difficult circles to get consistent. you will get them.

Re: New RidE
pull on the armsssssss, and slip the clutch as soon as it seems to want to highside!
since i started slipping for real, got em easy and consistent, like 7-8 each times no prob!!

Re: New RidE
tigroo is right on the clutch work. i am lucky to bang out 2 in a row without slipping the clutch.
i have actually been cutting into them real hard recently, when you do this you can take your momentum, pull in the clutch and bust out like 1/2 to a full turn before releasing the clutch......fun ****

Re: New RidE
I've been working on hard stall spins with the foot brake recently. Doing a no clutch hand sitdown, leaning it hard, building the momentum clutching into to a 3/4-1 circle hard stall. **** gets ugly and its far from consistent. But when it works its works super good. Scott, stop stunting a street bike and start streeting a stuntbike! If you're not doing sitdown figure 8's you're still not doing sitdowns! haha
