I wish I had pictures of when I did it, this was 12 weeks later when they took the cast off. I also broke my wrist, but I couldn't feel it because of the anke! And I wish I could say I did it on a highway seatstander or something, but I got this bright idea I wanted to get into mountain biking. Make a long story short, went to snow shoe mountain ski resort, 2nd trip down mountain and there u go

be sure to do the physical therapy on that throttle hand, I slacked on mine when my wrist was broke and now it kinda crunchy

good luck with yer heal. I got dumped off the front of my bike from eb on my first spreader and the bike ran over my left ankle. Two months and its still swollen... My heel looked the same way. Get some Dr Scholls heel pads..

I think its one of those deer haulers that hunters use to get their deer out, just tweaked up a little, lol-It took them about an hour to get me out. They need to make a stretcher with a motor
