Pimped my stunt bike - new paint and stuff

Bike was looking tired and riding ****, had snapped subframe, bent front wheel, discs, forks, loose headbearings, scratched up frame and just generally looked crap.

So I sprayed the frame, replaced the subframe, whole front end, rear wheel, serviced it and painted the plastics up.

It's nothing amazing really and the honda wings on the side fairings doesnt match the tank as I masked it up badly, but its the first paint job I've ever done and I didn't really put that much effort in

I'm happy anyway, even tho its not as minty now after 3 days of riding.

Looks way better than it did but why did you go with stock F4i forks again? If you would have went with White seats that thing would be bling.. S

I bought another f4i Todd, so it was easier/cheaper to just swap the front on that, and I was in a rush to have the bike rideable for the competition weekend just gone, which was awesome fun.

I plan to buy a 954 front end when I have money and put it on the crash damaged bike to build that up as a minty stunter for when I'm good :YEAH

Going to get the frame and wheels powdercoated and stuff, will be a nice bike.. but only when I'm good so won't be for a few years yet

Re: Pimped my stunt bike - new paint and stuff

Thanks for the comments everyone! :YEAH hope to get some action pics soon before I completely wreck it again

Da liks, just rattle cans, I wish I done it with a compressor and proper paint as it cost me loads of money to do with rattle cans !

I might do another spray job one day and if I do it'll be with a compressor etc.. but it takes so much time and effort I don't know if I'll do another.. might wait until I get a paint sponsor
