my bike still down... i need a top triple clamp and cant find one locally and todd gave me a bunch of money so i gotta order one online and that will take a week to get here. i may come out sunday and play camera bitch and catch a tan

Why did you stop the tab welds so early? Looks like thier still gonna bend because you only went half way.....I went all the way and its perfect

the tabs are plenty strong, bending isn't the issue with the rads, its the factory that things "glueing" them on and a tiny like rivet is strong enough...

Yeah its not a problem untill they bend and break off, man Im not new I welded those on before anyone else did....And youll eventually realize Im right when they break off right where you stopped those welds....

Sometimes the rivits actually hold up and the tab breaks off right where yours are bending, its happend to me before.....so good luck
