Streetfighter headlight setup for $17 bucks.
Advanced Auto Parts, Burners, 55 watts each, bright as hell! Install time, ah 5 mins? Used the ignition top thingy screws and some reflector mount stems.

Looks flimsy to me to. It looks like they are going to be bouncing up and down while riding down the road, and probably snap off when landing a wheelie...
Home Depot has some flat steel stock that is about an inch wide. It is thick enough to be sturdy, but thin enough you can cut it and maybe bend it if you have a vise.
Or use the stock fairing bracket...my lights go no where...

Been there done that...
Fog lights are a cheap fix but not worth the issues. Lights never stay pointing in the same direction after landing from a wheelie and fuses popping every month.
Just buy an acerbis.

If you use aftermarket driving light make sure they dont have plastic housings. I have had a couple of sets crack and fall off after mousetrapping.

That looks pimp but it's not DOT. The acerbis i got is DOT because i ride on the street.
The mounting hardware looks pimp though.

The problem with fog lights on bikes is over time they pop those little *** fuses. Unless you run a seperate fuse all in itself to the battery, I just found that mine would keep popping after like 3 weeks of use.

Cops ain't that bad but look at the light specs...25 watts each. You might as well drive at night without lights

Re: Streetfighter headlight setup for $17 bucks.
Heres what I did for my f4i. The headlight housing blew out on my last wreck, so I am runnin this now.
I did somethin similiar for my 929. Two 55w headlights for $25, and some custom aluminum bracketry.
It looks like HID's from the front.
I stuck the stock headlight in the oven so that I could use the plastic front lens portion to fill the fairing. Once its warmed up, the adhesive is soft and allows you to pull the headlight apart.
