Thanks, i had one of my truck mechanics weld it up, its a 1/4 inch thick to 1/2 inch thick steel weld. The custom undertail and fiberglass work was the real pain in the *** tho.

reinforce the subframe
get a stunt stay
and stock up on lots of parts.

Re: pics of my 1000,all it needs is a cage to be done....

yeah, i still gotta get an oil pick-up, brace the subframe to the frame (is that wat u mean by re-enforce the frame?), and put in gussets in the subframe, and what not
....but does anyone know what cage to buy... tygershark, fi, si, 905, powers.....and pics...?

Re: pics of my 1000,all it needs is a cage to be done....

i started by diong all sreets, but since there are so many friggin cops on long island i started to do slow **** in parking lots, so this summer i am prolley going to do 50/50 street and parking lots...if i decide to do 100% parking lots i will most likely swap my stunt parts onto my 750. Why? any construstive criticism on my gearing or anything else?

no i dont mean reinforce the subframe to the main frame i just mean put in gussets in the main frame or that thing will crack in half. i would reinforce the subframe at its mounting points. as for a cage WWW.MXDCAGES.COM is the way to go

trust me, you dont realize the world of headaches your walking into...keep the 750 for the roads and buy a F4i for lots... your size is not an issue. ive seen many fat bastards rockin em no problems along with many big jacked fuckers and tall lanky bastards... just look at Tong Woo

its not just the oil pick up and the motors blowing, but the frames fall apart, plus the f4i is just easier to ride all around.

Re: pics of my 1000,all it needs is a cage to be done....

the hondas can deff. take the worst beating, no dening that, and its obvious that the gsxr's have weak frames and such, I cracked my first 750 frame rite by the kneecap area. but i have ridden three of my friends f4i's and i am just not comfortable. plus for now doing the 50/50 with streets and lots i couldn't go from a stock gearing 1000 to a geared up 600. maybe if it were only for lots. Plus, for this summer i am going to use my 1000 since iv come so far with getting it ready, even if it gets trashed and have to stunt something else mid-way through the summer.
